 This is what Kevin Demay has to say about the Ethic Wolpertinger bars:
 
“The Wolpertinger bars were designed as the most advanced aluminum bars on the market.

They incorporate more than four different technologies and processes that have never been used in scootering before. It took me 11 years of hard work to finally bring them to life!

I used to receive prototypes, but the process, materials, and quality control were not at a high enough level to manufacture such a product. That is why I kept improving them—tweaking every detail until they met all the requirements I had in mind. And now, they are finally here!

To achieve this, I used 6082-T6 aluminum—the same material as in the Pandemonium V2—to ensure extra strength. But as always, the greatest optimization comes from the design itself.

These bars feature a unique extrusion process, followed by CNC machining and transformation, which allows for a complex structure without welds at the gusset joints. Moreover, for the first time in the history of Ethic aluminum bars, true butted tubing is used.

The welds are polished in specific areas to prevent cracks from forming over time. Just like the Dryade V2, the bars have a 3° backsweep.

They are available in two colors: Black and Raw (brushed + glossy finish). And since this is a high-end model, I ensured it can withstand significantly higher loads than the Dryade V2.

Of course, aluminum will never be as strong as steel due to material fatigue over time, but these bars are designed to be as durable as possible while remaining lightweight.

This means they are not intended for every riding style, but they are definitely the strongest aluminum bars Ethic has ever produced.
