Ethic Wolpertinger Alu 620 Black Handlebars

 Here is what Kevin Demay says about the Ethic Wolpertinger bars:
 
“The Wolpertinger bars were designed to be the most advanced aluminum bars on the market.

They incorporate more than four different technologies and processes never before used in scootering. It took me 11 years of hard work to finally bring them to life!

I used to receive prototypes, but the process, materials, and quality control were not at a sufficient level to manufacture such a product. That is why I kept improving it—tweaking every detail until it met all the requirements I had in mind. And now, it is finally here!

To achieve this, I used 6082-T6 aluminum—the same material as in the Pandemonium V2—to ensure extra strength. But as always, the biggest optimization comes from the design itself.

These bars feature a unique extrusion process, followed by CNC machining and transformation, which allows for a complex structure without welding at the gusset joints. Furthermore, for the first time in the history of Ethic aluminum bars, real butted tubing is used.

The welds are polished in certain spots to prevent cracks from forming over time. Just like the Dryade V2, the bars have a 3° backsweep.

They are available in two colors: Black and Raw (brushed + glossy finish). And since this is a high-end model, I ensured it can withstand significantly higher loads than the Dryade V2.

Of course, aluminum will never be as strong as steel due to material fatigue over time, but these bars are designed to be as durable as possible while remaining lightweight.

This means they are not intended for every riding style, but they are definitely the strongest aluminum bars Ethic has ever made.
