Drone Nexus I Kai Saunders Deck 6 x 22

NEXUS 1 is our new flagship street deck.

We designed every element of this deck to make it one of the lightest yet strongest 6" and 6.5" wide decks on the market.

The headtube and neck with an 84-degree angle are manufactured using investment casting and then CNC machined. The bottom of the neck features a wider base to account for the increased stress caused by a larger deck and more demanding street riding. The headtube has been simplified so that the weld area between the neck and the headtube is flat and optimized for strength. The headtube also features fluting and cutouts to reduce weight both inside and out.

The deck plate is now 6" and 6.5" wide and features a perforated footplate to reduce weight.

The deck comes with a steel, yet lightweight, brake, as we found plastic brakes too weak during testing. The deck also includes replaceable deck ends, which are now set deeper into the deck plate. You only need a hex key to replace the deck ends.
