Parcels are shipped only on business days and are delivered the next business day (if ordered by 2:00 PM)
 
In this regard, we ask customers to provide phone numbers for adults or non-school-age individuals in their orders (children are unable to answer phones during classes, which hinders communication).
 
Collection at a Parcel Shop:
At some Parcel Shops, you can also collect your order on Saturday (you will find information about opening hours in the widget when selecting your Parcel Shop), provided the package was delivered to the Parcel Shop by Friday.
 
Drop-off boxes
Orders can be collected from drop-off boxes on both Saturdays and Sundays.

Delivery is made to selected Balíkovna (Czech Post) branches via DPD.

Fast service
To pick up a "Balík do Balíkovny" parcel, you can take advantage of fast service at specialized post office counters marked "Balíkovna." Simply select the "Accelerated parcel pickup" button on the queuing system, enter the pickup code, and you will be called to the counter as soon as possible.
 
Simple pickup
You only need to provide your name and the pickup code. No ID is required for pickup, so the parcel can be collected by a third party.
 
Guaranteed card payment
You can pay for cash-on-delivery parcels by card at all specialized Balíkovna counters, including at depots.
 
Storage of the shipment for up to 15 days
The recipient can easily extend the storage time at the post office from the standard 7 to 15 days via a link provided in the notification alert as the storage period nears its end.
